A hidden gem – serving one of (if not the) best pints of Guinness in London, Gertie Brownes is a small Irish pub in East Finchley, London.
They offer Irish music acts on Fridays and Saturdays, as well as constant live sport – horse racing, rugby and football among others.
The staff are always welcoming and there is a small food offering beyond the usual bar snacks of pizza.
A must visit if in North London – go for the Guinness, if nothing else!
